Throat singing – a unique form of art, inherent only to some peoples of the Sayano-Altai region – Tuva, Altai, Mongolia, as well as living in the European part of Russia Bashkirs. The uniqueness of Mongolian throat singing is that the contractor removes just two notes at the same time, thus forming a kind of two-voice solo. During the Mongolian throat singing singer takes in the air for as long as can hold his lungs, and then begins to “extract some strange humming wheezing from the depths of the entrails”, continuity and duration of which depends entirely on its ability to control the aperture. This is followed by a new deep breath and continued, “the mysterious sounds, accompanied by an accompaniment to the two-topshulurme” – an instrument consisting of a long neck and a body with a hollow, covered with a bubble, far, as long as they are not cut off by the singer at once, quite unexpectedly for the listener without any tonic and rhythmic end, so that all this succession of “mysterious sounds, seemingly, can not apply the name of the melody.” Mongolian Throat Singing to Deep Meditation… On this channel you will find simple and effective techniques of meditation, a lot of music for meditation and relaxation.
